Welcome to the Veloce Affiliate Program! These terms govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program. By signing up as a Veloce affiliate, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Veloce Affiliate Program allows individuals, influencers, and businesses to earn a commission by referring customers to our fashion platform through unique affiliate links or codes.

2. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Own a website, social media account, blog, or online community
• Comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria and your local jurisdiction

3. How It Works

• Sign up to receive your unique referral link or promo code
• Share the link/code across your platforms
• Earn a commission for every successful purchase made through your link

4. Commission Structure

• Commission rates range from 5% to 15% depending on product category and sales volume
• Payouts are made monthly, once your balance exceeds ₦5,000
• Payments are made via bank transfer

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Use false advertising or misleading claims
• Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging
• Use paid ads targeting Veloce brand terms or domain names
• Create fake or misleading promotions

6. Cookie Duration

We track customer referrals via cookies valid for 30 days. If a customer purchases within that time, the commission will be credited to your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, particularly for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Breach of these terms
• Harm to Veloce’s reputation

8. Modification of Terms

Veloce may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
